Store Policy

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using our website (www.ardustudios.com) and placing orders with Ardu Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, this Store Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part, please do not use our services.

  • Order tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details.

 

3. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • We do not ship or deliver on weekends or Egyptian public holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping: 4–7 business days (within Egypt).

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order total.

  • Occasionally, delays may occur — especially during peak shopping seasons.

 

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • Shipping cost, delivery time, and any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Restrictions & Addresses

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or similar addresses.

  • Some items may face export or import restrictions—such items may not be shipped internationally.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at 01070649772 within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to inspect, trace, and resolve the issue.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy

14-Day Return Guarantee

  • If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your case within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Custom or personalized mobile cases cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at 01070649772, including your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address instructions.

  3. Package the item securely, include the RAN inside, and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

 

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by mobile.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item (different model or color), follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.

  • Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll ship the new item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at 01070649772 with details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no extra cost to you.

 

5. Payment Policy

  • Currently Available: Only Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted.

  • Coming Soon: We will soon add credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods.

  • If payment is not made upon delivery (COD), the order may be canceled.

 

6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled — you must follow the return procedure instead.

  • If an order is canceled by us (e.g. out-of-stock), we will refund you in full.

 

7. Warranty & Defects

  • All products carry a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, drops, moisture, or normal wear and tear.

  • For warranty claims, contact us at 01070649772. We may ask you to return the product (we cover return shipping for valid claims).

  • We will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) for valid warranty claims.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content—text, images, logos, designs, trademarks—on the Site is owned by Ardu Studios or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

 

9. User Conduct & Use Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the site or services (e.g. fraud, spamming, hacking). Do not interfere with site operations, servers, or other users’ experience.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products—even if we were advised of the possibility.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of site, or violation of rights of others.

 

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.).

 

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Cairo or your registered city in Egypt].

 

14. Severability & Waiver

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to exercise a right does not waive it.
